With over 30 years of experience in the spa industry, qualifications in Beauty Therapy (C&G), International Certification in Spa (IHBC) and a member of the Institute of Business Consulting in the UK, Jacqueline brings with her a wealth of knowledge to each client she partners with. A UK Spa Director at Macdonald Hotels and Q Hotels for over 10 years, holding full responsibility of sales and operations for the 26+ Hotel Leisure Clubs and Spa’s, Jacqueline fully understands the complexity and challenges spa’s face, and brings solutions with her. Consulting with Spa’s for 13 years, Jacqueline has successfully assisted in the build and support of 45 spas from concept to delivery and completed projects with multiple prestigious skincare and spa brands offering 5 star services to support their business and achieve their goals.
Jacqueline joined a new team to review and address market positioning for the Spa as a Day Spa. Updated strategy, standards and procedures were implemented with the spa team and receptionists delivering double digit growth in treatments and retail over a 12 month period.
Devised a training programme delivered to managers, seniors, therapists and assistants across 4 sites to up-skill and improve performance. Jacqueline is also responsible for coaching the spa managers in measuring and monitoring the success of the programme and facilitates follow up sessions.
The main areas of focus have been through sales and marketing to drive revenue, people development, negotiating with suppliers and implementation of calendar events.
